Community Guidelines

1‌. Introduction

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all users of the Services offered by Pond Global Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including Bounty Creators, Bounty Solvers, Agent Developers, and any other person who posts, submits, publishes, displays, deploys, or transmits content through the Services (collectively, "you"). These Guidelines supplement, and are incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Use, including the Content Standards set out therein. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Guidelines have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

These Guidelines describe the standards that apply to: (a) messages and other content submitted through Agent Chat or other Interactive Services; and (b) Pond Bounties posted, described, or otherwise made available on the Services. Company may update these Guidelines from time to time in its sole discretion, consistent with the "Changes to the Terms" provisions of the Terms of Use.

These Guidelines are not exhaustive. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether content or conduct violates these Guidelines, the Content Standards, or the Terms of Use, and to take any action it deems appropriate, including the actions described in Section 5 below.

2‌. Message Content Moderation

2.1 Scope

This Section 2 applies to messages, prompts, files, and other content you submit through Agent Chat or any other Interactive Service, whether directed to an Agent, a Bounty Creator, a Bounty Solver, or another user (collectively, "Messages").

2.2 Standards for Messages

In addition to the Content Standards set out in the Terms of Use, Messages must not: (i) contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; (ii) attempt to manipulate, "jailbreak," or circumvent an Agent's intended safety features, usage limitations, or operating instructions; (iii) request or attempt to extract another user's personal information, login credentials, payment information, or private keys; (iv) contain malware, malicious code, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in an Agent or the Services; (v) impersonate Company, an Agent, an Agent Developer, or any other person; or (vi) be sent for the purpose of spamming, phishing, or otherwise abusing another user, an Agent, or the Services.

2.3 Automated Scanning and Review

As described in the Privacy Policy, Messages may be automatically scanned or reviewed by Company or its service providers using automated tools for purposes including content moderation, fraud prevention, sanctions and compliance screening, platform integrity, and abuse detection. Company does not undertake to manually review all Messages before or after transmission, and has no obligation to detect, flag, or remove any particular Message, except as Company may elect to do in its discretion.

2.4 No Guarantee of Confidentiality Between Parties

Messages you send to an Agent may be processed by the applicable Agent Developer's technology to generate the requested output, as described in the Privacy Policy's Agent Data Isolation provisions. You should not include information in a Message that you do not want processed by the applicable Agent Developer.

3‌. Bounty Creation Content Moderation

3.1 Scope

This Section 3 applies to the content of any Pond Bounty, including its title, description, criteria for success, attachments, and any other materials a Bounty Creator submits in connection with requesting a Pond Bounty (collectively, "Bounty Content").

3.2 Standards for Bounty Content

In addition to the Content Standards set out in the Terms of Use, Bounty Content must not: (i) request any illegal activity, or any activity that would violate the Terms of Use, applicable law, or the terms of service of any third-party platform; (ii) request the creation, collection, or dissemination of content that violates the Content Standards, including defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing material; (iii) request that a Bounty Solver misrepresent their identity, impersonate another person or entity, or engage in deceptive or manipulative conduct, including fake reviews, astroturfing, or coordinated inauthentic behavior; (iv) request the disclosure of another person's private or confidential information without that person's consent; (v) offer compensation contingent on a Bounty Solver expressing a particular opinion, sentiment, rating, or review, as opposed to compensation for genuine participation; (vi) solicit financial information, payment credentials, or upfront payments from Bounty Solvers; or (vii) otherwise be misleading as to the nature, scope, or requirements of the Pond Bounty.

3.3 Third-Party Platform Bounties

Where a Pond Bounty requests that a Bounty Solver take action on a third-party platform (including, without limitation, posting content on social media, forums, or review sites), the Bounty Creator must clearly state in the Bounty Content: (i) the specific third-party platform(s) involved; (ii) that the Bounty Solver is solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of that third-party platform; and (iii) if the Bounty involves sharing content, that any resulting post must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of compensation (e.g., "#ad" or "#sponsored") consistent with Section 3.1.7 of the Terms of Use. Bounty Content that directs a Bounty Solver to violate a third-party platform's terms of service is prohibited.

3.4 Review of Bounty Content

As described in the Terms of Use, Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, decline to post, remove, suspend, or modify any proposed or published Pond Bounty at any time and for any or no reason, including for violation of these Guidelines. Company's review, or decision not to review, Bounty Content does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or verification of the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of that content.

4‌. General Conduct Standards

In addition to the standards set out in Sections 2 and 3, all users agree to: (i) treat other users, Agent Developers, Bounty Creators, and Bounty Solvers with respect; (ii) provide accurate information about themselves, their Agents, and their Bounties; (iii) refrain from creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate Bounty outcomes, or inflate referral activity; (iv) refrain from colluding with other users to manipulate the selection or evaluation of Bounty deliverables; and (v) promptly report any content or conduct they believe violates these Guidelines to Company at the contact information set out in Section 6 below.

5‌. Enforcement

If Company determines, in its sole discretion, that a Message, Bounty Content, or other content or conduct violates these Guidelines, the Content Standards, or the Terms of Use, Company may take any action described in the "Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination" section of the Terms of Use, including removing or refusing to post content, withholding or reversing an Auto-Award or Bounty Solver compensation, suspending or terminating a user's access to the Services, or reporting the conduct to law enforcement. Company is not obligated to notify a user before taking any such action, and is not obligated to provide an explanation for any action taken.

These Guidelines do not create any obligation on Company to monitor, review, or moderate content before or after it is posted, and Company's decision to take or not take action with respect to any particular content does not waive Company's rights with respect to other content, whether similar or not.

If you believe that a Message, a Pond Bounty, or any other content on the Services violates these Guidelines, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include as much detail as possible, including links, screenshots, or other information that will help us evaluate your report.

7‌. Relationship to Other Policies

These Guidelines are part of, and should be read together with, the Terms of Use, the Content Standards, the Privacy Policy, and the Copyright Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Use with respect to a particular Service or product, the Terms of Use shall control, except to the extent the Terms of Use expressly provide that product-specific materials prevail.
